Most certificates certify attendance. The PM Skills Charter certifies performance: every requirement is read from your actual practice record in this browser — drilled, negotiated, interviewed, and predicted. When granted, it comes with a cryptographic attestation anyone can check on the verify page: the charter text hashes to the attested value or it doesn't.
To verify: anyone pastes the charter text + the attestation JSON at verify.html — the SHA-256 either matches or it doesn't. Keep both files together.
